Clean your hair first using your favourite shampoo and rinse well. Gently squeeze or press extra water out of your hair with your hands. Your hair should be wet but not dripping. Pump or squeeze a moderate amount of the Vicrea treatment into your palm. Spread it evenly across your hands, then put it on the middle parts and ends of your hair. Do not put it directly on your scalp. Leave the product on your hair for 2 to 3 minutes (or up to 5 minutes for very dry hair). Wash it all out completely with lukewarm water.
